All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Condition
We sell both new and pre-owned paperweights. The vast majority of our pre-owned paperweights are in mint to near mint condition. The condition appears in the description. If a paperweight is described as mint condition, it means there is no damage to the paperweight. This does not include insignificant marks on the base of the paperweight. That is very normal for pre-owned paperweights that have been on display and handled. It is called shelf wear. Any marks that are noticeable when viewed from above and the sides will be noted. If you need additional photos, just email us.
Shipping
We ship Monday through Friday. USPS tracked shipping in the continental U.S. is $15 per paperweight. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and territories outside the continental U.S. is $40 per paperweight. International tracked shipments to the E.U. is $90 per paperweight. We provide necessary invoices and customs paper work, however, all import fees, customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. We provide USPS tracking numbers for all shipments.
Guarantee
Our paperweights are all signed originals (by hand and/or signature cane) and we back our paperweights with a money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days. Please email us at [email protected] if a return is necessary. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. Upon receipt and examination of the returned paperweight, we will refund the purchase price of the paperweight.
