David Salazar Ocean Bottom With Starfish, Coral and Shells

This 1 1/4″ ultra mini weight from David P. Salazar is an undersea weight containing two orange starfish and  coral heads and is signed and dated 1977 on the base. The surface is decorated with ocean waves. Probably one of Salazar’s first undersea weights and very hard to come by.
